I enjoyed my stay! the location is amazing. I walked to many attractions and found restaurants right outside. the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially with my luggage and check-in. i even got a delicious charcuterie board from room service. It was amazing!!!
the ac temperature in my room was a little difficult to adjust.

I appreciated the hotel's great location. the staff was helpful with directions. the room included a coffee machine, which i used daily. the water filter on the floor was a convenient feature. I avoided buying plastic bottles.
i noticed some noise from the road outside, especially early in the morning. delivery trucks were calling at 4 am most days. it made sleeping a little difficult at times.

The staff members i encountered were kind. Georgina especially stood out, she. I was provided with a level of personal care rarely experienced in hotels. It felt personal, heartfelt.. I especially appreciated how every request was met with a warm smile and genuine willingness to assist.
