superb!
central location friendly staff delicious board
I enjoyed my stay! the location is amazing. I walked to many attractions and found restaurants right outside. the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially with my luggage and check-in. i even got a delicious charcuterie board from room service. It was amazing!!!
the ac temperature in my room was a little difficult to adjust.

quick access helpful staff thick curtains
the location had quick access to shopping areas. the staff helped me quickly. the room i received had three windows to the floor with thick curtains, completely shielding street light.
The air conditioning temperature was not adjustable. Only the fan speed could be changed.

great location helpful staff convenient feature
I appreciated the hotel's great location. the staff was helpful with directions. the room included a coffee machine, which i used daily. the water filter on the floor was a convenient feature. I avoided buying plastic bottles.
i noticed some noise from the road outside, especially early in the morning. delivery trucks were calling at 4 am most days. it made sleeping a little difficult at times.

A tender Parisian escapade
kind staff really good kindness personal care warm smile
The staff members i encountered were kind. Georgina especially stood out, she. I was provided with a level of personal care rarely experienced in hotels. It felt personal, heartfelt.. I especially appreciated how every request was met with a warm smile and genuine willingness to assist.

The hotel boasts a very convenient location. It is just a few minutes walk from many attractions. I noticed many restaurants, bars and supermarkets are on the same street.

The room was lovely, with a haven of tranquility. Cleanliness was excellent. The room was super clean each day. The beds were comfortable with nice furnishings. It reminded me of a real treat to come back to the room each evening.

The service was really good and personalized. I was greeted with warmth and attentiveness. The staff offered advice on trips.. The front desk manager was particularly helpful, always ready to assist.

the location is CENTRAL. cafes and restaurants are steps away. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they provided great recommendations. the breakfast offered a great selection.
i booked a superior room it was big enough. there was a lack of shelves in the bathroom and a small wardrobe. i asked for wine glasses one evening, the next day, they were still there and dirty.

The location was superb with easy access to the metro. Staff was helpful and friendly, offering advice for local restaurants. The room was spacious and quiet with a coffee machine. Breakfast had adequate options and the staff were accommodating.
There was no full-length mirror in the room, only one in the bathroom.
